Ingredients -
> 4 Apples
> Water (to cover bottom of pot)
> 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
> ½c flour
> ¼c sugar
> ¼ tspn
> 3 Tsp butter
Items -
> Pot
> Peeler
> Chopping board
> Hand Blender
> Bowl
> Round pyrex dish
> Microwave
Method -
- Blend in butter and flour
- Mix baking powder and sugar into flour
- Peel, core and chop apples, add to pot water
- Place onto stove, high, boil
- Remove from heat, add sugar and cinnamon
- Put back onto stove, stir until soft
- Scoop onto pyrex dish, sprinkle crumbles over apples
- Place into microwave cooks on high for 6-7 minutes.
