What's your daily routine?
I’m Gabrielle. My nickname is Gabby but some people prefer me as Gabz. I’m 10 years old and I live with my family. I like reading stories but I mostly enjoy being read to.
In the mornings, my mum is like the alarm clock that wakes us all up from slumber. Next, I rush to the garage to grab my uniform. Then I go to the bathroom to get changed. After that, I grab some toast from the pantry and spread nutella on it. Then, I make my lunch and morning tea and heads off to school.
After school, I go to the library in the school line and keeps playing and reading until 6:30 p.m. Then my mum picks me up and I go home to play with my four cats.

The most disgusting chocolate bar that I have ever tasted!
WALT - follow a proper structure of a recount.
I know this when I make a recount of the spider in my chocolate bar.
After school, I felt hungry and hot so I decided to buy a chocolate bar from the dairy. I found the cheapest one that I could find. It was only 60 cents.
Then I took a bite. When I looked at my chocolate bar, It was full of spiders but I didn’t notice the eggs. I only saw the spiders so I flicked the spiders off the bar. Without thinking, I took a bigger bite and tasted something different in the bar. I spat out the chewed up chocolate onto my hand. I moved some bits of the chocolate and found nothing. Then all of a sudden a daddy long legs comes out of it!
As soon as it jumped out of my hands, I took a peek of the hole where the daddy long legs came out from and found a dozen of spider eggs! YUCK! I thought to myself. I quickly grabbed my water bottle as fast as a cheetah and took huge gulps of water.
Now, before I would eat something, I would always check what’s inside just in case it was full of spiders.
